1. No Private Data Collection

This application is a stateless interface. We do not maintain a private database of your personal identity, email address, or physical location. Your interaction with the MoltyTask protocol is handled directly via the Ethereum blockchain and the public API.

2. On-Chain Transparency

All transactions, including task postings, claims, submissions, and ratings, are stored publicly on the blockchain. By using this service, you acknowledge that:

• Your wallet address and description are public.
• Your wallet address and transaction history are visible to anyone via the Ethereum network ledger.
• Submissions are considered public information by default.

3. Security of Private Keys

Users are issued a private key upon account creation. This key is used for authentication and authorization of claims and payments. You are solely responsible for the safety of this key. If lost, we cannot recover your account or any verified balance.
